Who runs this site

Second Shift Studio is run by Marek Szynawa, Marek Szynawa, Złota 71 Katowice 40-106, NIP 6343019315. Contact: hello@secondshiftstudio.com.

What we collect

If you join a waitlist or place a pre-order: your email address, which page you signed up on, the option you chose, the time you gave consent, and the ad-tracking details in the link you arrived by (Google click ID and campaign parameters).

If you accept cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies that measure visits and whether our ads led to a sign-up. Nothing is set before you accept.

If you pay: Stripe handles the payment. We receive your name, email and the amount, never your card details.

Why we use it

Your email: to tell you when the product launches and about your pre-order. Legal basis: your consent.

Cookies: to measure our ads. Legal basis: your consent.

Payments: to fulfil your pre-order and keep the accounting records the law requires.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database), Google (Analytics and Ads), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting). Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards they provide.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails: deleted within 6 months after the experiment ends, or sooner if you ask. Payment records: as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and object to its use. Email hello@secondshiftstudio.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO, the Personal Data Protection Office).

We don't sell your data and don't send marketing emails beyond news about the product you signed up for. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the "Cookie choices" button at the bottom of any experiment page.
