Refunds

Founding pre-orders are fully refundable at any time before the product launches. If a product hasn't launched by 31 January 2027, every pre-order for it is refunded automatically.

To ask for a refund, email hello@secondshiftstudio.com with the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe within 14 days.
